Our return policy

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your items. The item/s must be in original condition with tags in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. Älska Golf offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.

Items bought on sale cannot be returned for a refund only for an exchange. Please reach out to customer care if you are unsure about sizing and we would be happy to help. customercare@alskargolf.com

How do I request a return?

Email us at customercare@alskargolf.com with your order number to initiate the process.

The product should be returned in a bag or box. Älska Golf assumes no liability for transport damage due to poor packaging when returning a product. When exchanging or returning a product, or making a complaint, we act in accordance with The Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

How long will it take to receive the refund?

You will receive a refund within 7-10 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost of returning an item for an exchange are not covered or reimbursed by Älska Golf.

Can I return sale items?

All items marked as sale or final sale or have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit.

We understand that buying sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team, customercare@alskagolf.com and review our size guide before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.

Can I make changes to the order I just placed?

If you like to make a change or cancel an order you just placed, please contact our customer service team. Please note that we are only able to make a change or cancel an order before the packing procedure starts.

What items are non-exchangeable?
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code above 15%.
  • Items that have been worn with the tags removed
  • Items that have been marked, stained or damaged.
I ordered something thats now on sale, will you match the new price?

Any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.

What if I receive a faulty item?

If a product is default once you unpack it, please contact our Customer Care team customercare@alskagolf.com within 30 days and we will do our best to assist you.
