OUR TERMS
All ecommerce orders received prior to 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day.
The final shipping weight and cost is calculated and visible when you check out after address has been added and before you move on to payment. Note International orders may be subjected to local duties and taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, these will be calculated and visible at check out.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders
The amount of applicable duty and taxes will vary and are not included in the purchase price, or the shipping rate. These fees are now calculated at checkout and are required to be paid, with your order and in advance of order delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred, these fees will not be reimbursed. Alskar Golf Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs.
Cancellations and Changes
If you like to make a change or cancel an order you just placed, please contact our customer care team, customercare@alskargolf.com. Please note that we are only able to make a change or cancel an order before the packing procedure starts.
Ordering
After you place your order via our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the customer care team, customercare@alskargolf.com.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, in case it has ended up there, if not please contact us via customercare@alskargolf.com and we will assist you.
All Australian and New Zealand orders will be shipped with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number within one business day of your order being dispatched. All International orders will be shipped with Fedex. Once we hand over your order to the carriers and provide you with the tracking number, your items are now in the hands of the shipping carriers.
