How do I place an order?
Ordering online from Älskar Golf is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click 'Add to Cart'. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the 'Cart' icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.
Can I make a change or cancel my order?
If you like to make a change or cancel an order you just placed, please contact our customer care team, customercare@alskargolf.com. Please note that we are only able to make a change or cancel an order before the packing procedure starts.
Has the order I just placed been received?
After you place your order via our website, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact the customer care team, customercare@alskargolf.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please check your junk email or spam folder, in case it has ended up there, if not please email customercare@alskargolf.com
How much is shipping?
Domestic orders over $150 AUD FREE standard shipping
Domestic orders Australia Post Standard (2-8 business days) - from $10 AUD
Domestic orders - Australia Post Express (1-4 business days) - from $12 AUD
International orders over $300 AUD FREE standard shipping
International orders - Australia Post Standard (6-20 business days) - from $25 AUD
New Zealand orders over $250 AUD FREE standard shipping
New Zealand Orders - Australian Post Standard 4-8 business days for metro areas - from $15 AUD
New Zealand Orders - Australian Post Express 2-5 business days for metro areas - from $20 AUD

Will I have to pay any additional duties or taxes?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Älska Golf will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the garments. If the duty tax is more then the value of the garments, we will abandon the package.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

If a product is faulty once you unpack it, please contact our Customer Care team customercare@alskargolf.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Where are the Älskar Golf garments designed and manufactured?
Älskar Golf is Designed in Australia by our Swedish founder and manufactured in China.
How do I take the best care of my Älskar Golf garments?
Please see our care guide here. All garments come with a comprehensive care label sewn into the garment, if you still have questions about how to best look after your clothes feel free to reach out to customercare@alskargolf.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your items. The item/s must be in original condition with tags in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. Älskar Golf offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned for a refund only for an exchange. Please reach out to customer care if you are unsure about sizing and we would be happy to help. customercare@alskargolf.com
How do I request a return?
Email us a customercare@alskargolf.com with your order number to initiate the process. The product should be returned in a bag or box. Älska Golf assumes no liability for transport damage due to poor packaging when returning a product. When exchanging or returning a product, or making a complaint, we act in accordance with The Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
You will receive a refund within 7-10 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.
