Älskar Golf Birthday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Älskar Golf.

2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to Australian & New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Älskar Golf and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
   The competition commences when the post goes live and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 9th March 2026. Winner will be announced on the 10th of March. 

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

   • Follow @alskargolf on Instagram

   • Like the competition post

   • Tag a friend in the comments
     Both the entrant and the tagged friend must be following @alskargolf at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
     Multiple entries are permitted, however each comment must tag a different friend.

5. Prize
   The prize will be as stated in the competition post. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement
   The winner will be randomly drawn and announced on Instagram on 10 March 2026 via the Älskar Golf Instagram account. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

7. Claiming the Prize
   The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this time, Älskar Golf reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. General
   Älskar Golf reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Instagram Disclaimer
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and in accordance with Älskar’s Privacy Policy.
