Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at customercare@alskargolf.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 9 Ramly Drive, Factory 2, Burleigh Heads Queensland 4220, Australia

Note: While the customer will have to pay for the postage to send the item back to us, Älskar Golf will cover the cost of shipping for the new item to be sent.

Exchange Period:

  • Online orders are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Type of Exchange:

  • Exchanges can be made for a different style or a different size or color of the same style (subject to availability).

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered instead.

Sale or Final Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, the brand will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
